Welcome to Function and Fitness with Christine Clark. I have been a fitness enthusiast all my life and am now privileged every day to inspire others to live a more active life, taking the safest and smartest route to a healthy lifestyle. My profession is my passion and my purpose.
After spending many years as a Group Fitness Instructor, I became a Certified Personal Trainer. I obtained certifications from both The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and The Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). I have recently earned my Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM).
As the mother of a six year old, I understand the importance of
daily exercise along with the reality of daily life. Sometimes there
does not seem to be enough time in the day to "do it all".
I will work with you to develop a time-efficient, effective training
program to help reach your goals.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle strength and
endurance, increase flexibility or just have more energy, I am ready
to help.
As a professional in an ever-changing industry, I continue to learn
and be inspired through continuing education courses, industry research
and international fitness conferences.
When I am not working with clients, you can find me in Montrose,
CA teaching Spin at Pedal Spin Studio (www.pedalspinstudio.com)
or the SPX Workouts at Pilates Plus Montrose (www.pilatesplusmontrose.com) and at Urban Army in La Canada teaching group TRX Suspension Training classes www.urbanarmybootcamp.com
