I had heard about the great results my friends were getting from doing TRX with Christine and I thought I'd give it a try. Honestly, it's one of the hardest workouts I've ever done, but it's been such a great confidence boost to see improvement each week—both in my form and my body. The environment is really supportive and Christine's genuine enthusiasm for the workout and her skill for making each one fun and varied mean that I'm actually looking forward to TRX days every week. I also appreciate how well Christine has been able to modify certain exercises to accommodate a wrist injury. I'm hooked!

Christine is a topnotch instructor! Ive taken Spin classes
with Christine for over a year and now she has me hooked on Pilates
too. She has a lovely way of making group classes feel like your
own personal session. She gives just the right instruction so you
get the best workout not matter what your level. She makes you push
yourself and your limits, yet somehow it still feels nurturing.
When I leave each class I always feel like Ive had fun, done
something good for myself, and am ready to conquer the day. I just
love working out with her!

moves. Her workouts are creative, varied, challenging and most of
all fun. She takes the work out of work out. I go because
I enjoy it. And thanks to her coaching and training, my core and

I have Christine to credit for making me - dare I say it - actually
enjoy exercise???!! She leads the best spin classes at Pedal Spin,
got me hooked onto Pilates Plus and has me looking forward to her
TRX class too; all this at 5:30am or Sunday mornings. She really
cares about your progress and about helping stick with a fitness

When my clothes shrunk two sizes just hanging in the closet, I
decided it was time to call The Menopause Busters for a little
closet assistance, but since there was no listing the diligent
411 operator connected me with Christine Clark; a personal menopause
trainer. Well, that's not really her title, but that's what
I lovingly call her now after an amazing four month journey
with her.
Christine is a mighty might and would not accept the old wives tale
excuse that all women in peri or full blown menopause cannot
lose weight and actually gain 20-40 pounds. Yes, I was in the closet
about my weight gain during my peri-menopausal days, but did I come
out? Yes, I can honestly say that with Christine's expert help,
I have, and I am no longer in denial about the dry cleaners shrinking
my clothes either.
Her attitude kept me in the game. She said, let's work with those
hot flashes and make you hot! With loving, persistent tenacity,
she embarked on a mission with me: To lose 25 pounds in three months.
I'm pleased to say that not only did I lose more than two dress
sizes, 25 pounds and 13 inches over-all; I regained my body confidence
that had once been robbed from me during the menopause blues of
the past 12 months.
My next mission? To get a firm, tiny-hiney like hers. She's got
a fabulous bod and is a stellar example of what we can do when we
put our minds and her talents as a trainer together. Every night
before our sessions, Christine carefully articulates the best work
out for me and my specific needs, tailoring them to my problem areas
and an old injury. Her care has almost made this a total
pleasure.
She's changed my life and I have a great new friend that I just
can't do without!!
